Founder Note 3
Good Projects Deserve Attention Too
When contractors have a bad experience, they usually want to talk about it.
They tell their coworkers, discuss it online, and share the story with anyone willing to listen. That is understandable. Difficult experiences leave a lasting impression.
But there is another side of the industry that often receives far less attention: good clients, great projects, and positive working relationships.
As contractors, many of us have customers we genuinely enjoy working with. Clients who communicate clearly, respect agreements, value professional work, and make projects run smoothly.
Yet once the project is finished, that positive experience often disappears.
When a homeowner is considering hiring a contractor, they frequently ask for references from previous customers. Contractors rarely have an equivalent opportunity.
StarProve was built around the belief that professional experience has value regardless of whether it is positive, mixed, or challenging.
A good project can teach just as much as a difficult one.
By preserving both types of experiences, contractors help create a stronger and more informed professional community.
Because good projects deserve attention too.
